The spice mixture of herbs, spices and sugar is carefully massaged into the grilled food. This allows the fine aroma of the herbs and spices to penetrate deep into the meat, unfold when searing or grilling and transform into a tasty crust. In addition: The cane sugar caramelizes as soon as meat, fish or vegetables are put on the grill, thus providing very special enjoyment highlights with an even more intense taste.
