Tricolor spaghetti with spinach, tomato, and beetroot. Visually refined, it adds a certain something to any Mediterranean pasta dish. The spaghetti has an extra-long shape, making it ideal for twirling onto a fork right on the plate, in true Italian style. Only the finest durum wheat semolina and other natural ingredients are used in the production of this pasta specialty. It is drawn with bronze tools and then dried for many hours at low temperatures on wooden frames.
