The linguine have an extra-long shape, making them ideal for twirling onto a fork right on the plate, in true Italian style. They pair perfectly with fish and seafood. Only the finest durum wheat semolina and other natural ingredients are used in the production of this pasta specialty. It is drawn with bronze tools and then dried for many hours at low temperatures on wooden frames.
